Who We Are

WDM Consulting was founded by Lisa A. Beyersdoerfer, PHR. We are solely located in Northern California, but have the capacity to offer our services on a nationwide basis.

Ms. Beyersdoerfer has critical experience as an affirmative action expert. She brings hands-on Fortune 100 corporate experience in developing and implementing affirmative action and diversity initiatives. In addition, she contributes consulting experience as a service provider with clients ranging from the smallest to the largest of corporations. Her past roles as an internal and external affirmative action consultant provide clients a full range of equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action expertise.

Ms. Beyersdoerfer received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Anthropology, as well as a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of California at Irvine. In 2004, she was designated a “Professional in Human Resources” (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is also an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Northern California Human Resources Association, and the Northern California and Silicon Valley Industrial Liaison Groups.
